On Monday, Jan 7, you can take control of your weight and join a four-week fitness program. The Fitness Camp combines important elements of personal training with boot camp that will help you reach an ideal weight while boosting your health and mobility.
The central location at Irvine Valley College is not too far from any O.C. city and there are four different time slots to choose from on any weekday. If you’re a morning person, opt to have your workout time at 5:30 a.m. or 6:15 a.m. If you’re an evening person, go to the 5:30 p.m. or 6:15 p.m. class.
The Fitness Camp believes you must combine the right exercise with the right nutrition to ultimately be healthy. So anyone who joins will not only receive an extensive exercise program but a nutritional consultation as well. Also, stress does not a healthy body make, so you’ll receive an hour-long sports massage every time you go.
This isn’t sounding too bad is it? The Fitness Camp pledges to help you get in shape, lose weight and lower body fat, become stronger, build endurance and improve the way you move all around. One four-week program with workouts on the days you choose, a nutritional consultation and massages only costs $289 or $259 if you join with a friend. Plus, classes are only $229 after your first four-weeks.
